There is no god “out there”, until you touch God within your heart, then everything and everybody becomes God.

  If the One Reality (God) is already a part of us, why is it so hard to realize that Unity? Consider how difficult it is for the mirror to see itself -- everything is reflected in it, and it, the soul, naturally sees whatever is reflected in its mirror and gets lost in those reflections. Thereby it forgets itself. This is the real hall of mirrors. It is VERY hard to break out of this hypnosis of consciousness!   Further, the reflections set up a perception of separation, a dichotomy between that which sees and that which is seen which obscures the true perception of oneness - this is the illusion independent existence.  In reality the mirror and its reflections are not separate, they just appear that way from the vantage point of the reflections which the mirror has adopted by not being able to see itself. Thinking it is a separate entity, for some reason, is also deeply intoxicating to the soul.  Breaking this hypnosis is hard but...

Peace in Life - Not!

Oh meditator don't look for peace in life - you will not find it. Life is not meant to be peaceful... Balance - yes, Contentment - yes, Purpose - yes, Transformation - yes, Growth - yes, Evolution - yes, Awakening -yes, Unity - yes. But not peace. You can only find peace by going deep within, to that origin place of stillness in you, which is beyond life, beyond breath, beyond death. When you find it there, if you want it in life, then you must hold on to it, and carry it with you  amidst the constantly changing, transforming movement of life's breath. Isn't it exhilarating to walk in the ocean's waves, and swim with its currents - as long as you can swim of course!
